On the top floor is a medium sized mezzanine, which could be converted into one or two additional bedrooms.

Outside towards the front there are balconies facing the dent du Nendaz, while behind the chalet is a south facing swimming pool area with Jacuzzi.

There is also a double garage, and space outside to park up to 3 cars.

In good snow conditions it's possible to arrive at the chalet on skis. The ski slopes are around 1.4 km from the chalet.
